Report a bug or request a feature

The fastest way is to open an issue on GitHub. Include what you were doing, what you expected, and any error message you saw. You don't need to attach the file itself — and for private documents, please don't.

For anything else — questions, feedback, or privacy concerns — email [email protected]. We usually reply within a couple of days.

A note on your files

We cannot recover a file you processed: uploads and results are deleted automatically (see our privacy policy). That's by design — it means nobody, including us, can go back and look at your documents.
